係一間日式風味特濃的日本料理,樓高兩層,仲有壽司吧枱,可以目睹料理師巧手製作過程。老闆係日本人,所以此店嘅味道亦都偏向當地,你可以話佢正宗,亦可以話味太重。食物方面,我點選了以下:(白子刺身)-即鱈魚精巢,師傅加上酸汁、辣蘿蔔蓉來提味,青瓜昆布漬作依拌,入口即溶,就如食緊軟雪糕的口感,淡香、鮮、滑。(咖喱豬扒飯)-這咖喱有啲辣感,他把所有蔬菜以(碎)的形式融入咖喱裡面,所以食落帶有蔬菜香。豬扒嫩,肉汁飽滿,唔錯。(生蠔)-隻蠔有啲瘦,上枱嘅時候只跟了檸檬一角,雖然更能夠食到蠔肉本味,但同樣地也食到好重嘅金屬味道,所以也建議加返辣蘿蔔蓉、蔥花同酸汁會更配一些。
