澳門啤酒節一向比香港早開幕,本週四也趁秋高氣爽,出發到澳門參加 MGM Oktoberfest,抵達後先在 Coast 用餐。  加洲風味的餐廳環境迷人、氣氛又輕鬆;本年七月入住時,曾在這裡吃過 豐盛自助早餐,留下很好的印象,原來午餐也非常出色! 首先奉上的不是免費麵包籃,而是可口的爆谷;上面加了橄欖油及巴馬臣芝士粉,有特色又好吃。接著品嚐店內招牌推介的 羽衣甘藍沙律配烤南瓜及石榴籽 Kale with Roasted Pumpkin and Pomegranate Seeds ($88),營養豐富的羽衣甘藍口感難得不嚡,拌上又是非常有益的南瓜粒、石榴籽,以及沙律醬後,味道清新怡人,是款集健康與美味於一身的頭盤。 主菜選了又是招牌的 烤牛脊扒配黑豆、牛油果莎莎 Grilled Skirt Steak with Black Beans and Avocado Salsa ($288);牛脊扒肉質不及西冷、肉腿柔嫩,卻勝在肉味濃厚又有嚼頭,配上牛油果莎莎醬料,滋味豐富迷人,底下還有不少健康黑豆增加飽肚感。 甜品選了招牌推介的 菠蘿薄片配椰子雪葩及熱情果 Pineapple Carpac
