澳門有兩款食品係必食!第一係葡撻,第二係魚翅!講到澳門魚翅,又點可以唔提添發呢?近年去澳門,一落船,馬上去瑪嘉烈或陳光記,之后就係添發。每次去添發,佢地都係踏正中午12:00先開始上翅,今次幫襯發現早咗喎,11:45已經上翅喎,對於辛苦排隊嘅食客黎講,當然係好事啦!望望個餐牌,𠵱,加咗價喎,但無計啦,山長水遠黎到,唔計得咁多囉。講服務,添發絕對滿意,今次幫襯,老闆眼見大熱天時d食客係外面排隊辛苦,專登囉風扇出黎,又囉大葵扇,哩種服務香港都俾唔到啦!今次點咗濃湯花膠魚翅同紅燒花膠海參大隻翅。濃湯味道感覺係用老雞淆制咗好耐嘅雞湯,紅燒湯底感覺係蠔油或鮑魚汁煮嘅湯,兩款都係我中意嘅味道,不分高低,同樣喜歡!可惜嘅係,價錢貴咗,魚翅分量卻少咗,比我多年前幫襯時少咗四份一,一大梳翅嘅情景已經完全消失,唉...... 失望,可惜!
