有機會過來澳門就順便追⭐️選了就近酒店的壽司店. 在頤居一樓不難找. 門面隱藏在最尾但店內裝潢舒服闊落. 被安排坐sushi bar. Chef 是香港人. 侍應專業又主動介紹食物和傾計. 上菜收碟時間配合得宜不會阻礙客人用餐和傾談. 食材當然高級. 落order時已告知不吃三文魚子但Chef 仍堅持叫我試試亦解釋製作工夫. 果然菜式出色亦有一種給你最好的堅持. (亦應該是摘一星的原因之一).個人覺得是做得非常好的Omakase 亦值⭐️價錢.
