米芝連用什麼準則?唔可以話差,只可以話同好食差太遠,當然小店被冠上米芝連光環後,食客會不斷,包括我都因為咁去試,同一般澳門小店一樣,老闆有性格,雖然未至於去到受氣嘅程度,但要 keep到個水準其實好難,酸嘅咖啡,用炭爐又如何?冇炭香味,用嘅係化學炭,唔係木炭,多士又係凍嘅
