今次澳門的「龍蝦盛薈」之旅,開始進入白熱化階段,每間餐廳都推出具特色的菜色。滬式黃酒蒸波士頓龍蝦今次選用500~700克的波士頓龍蝦,先將龍蝦碎上,再在 碟上放姜、黃酒、冬菇、雲腿片及薑,一起蒸大約三分鐘,然後淋上熟油,簡單而味美。由於酒是選用古越龍山,品質有保證,酒香滲入龍蝦肉,令龍蝦肉在爽彈之餘,更多添了一份酒香,無論在賣相及味道上,都彰顯出中菜的特色,令人回味。最難得是 $238 / 隻,訂價真是便宜至難以置信。只可惜供應日期是至到7月底,如果去開天浪淘園玩,不妨試試。
