去澳門點都會搵下翅食,今次唔係大三巴個邊食,去左宋玉生廣場個邊,餐廳要上二樓,鳥籠既坐位設計,私隱度好高,而且好適合打卡🤗🔸石鍋金湯翅金湯南瓜湯為基底,再加上排翅,金湯清甜又鮮味,濃湯中的裙翅也很足料🔸乾鮑扣遼參平時出去食價錢都唔平,原條遼參都有大半隻手掌咁長,乾鮑已經用鮑汁扣至糖心,保有鮑魚肉原有的彈性、鮮嫩脆爽🔸白灼時蔬非常脆綠,爽口,伴碟既醬油經過調味,唔會過咸🔸黃金翡翠炒飯飯粒粒粒分明,師傅將蛋炒至金黃色,唔使複雜既調咪,簡單蔥花已經能夠增加香氣。咁樣食法都係4百幾蚊2個人,性價比好高💕
