The char siu in 陶陶居 is absolutely the best char siu in the world!!!!It’s so juicy! The seared, slightly carbonated edges give the char siu a grilled / BBQ touch! I like that it has a good balance of both fatty and lean meat. The char siu sauce is a delight too! It’s a bit syrupy and tastes so good with steamed rice!Actually we ordered a baked corn worms in clay bowl (禾蟲) too, but I forgot to take pictures. Don’t think it’s disgusting. It’s so creamy and eggy!
