Went to try the Steak menu with my family. Ordered 3 types steaks range from $200 to $420. Each comes with appetizer and dessert, plus wine! All the steaks were tasty in a different way, surprising even the $200. Definately a much better choice than any buffet in the area.However what impress me most is their service and staffs. However what impress me most is their service and staffs. They were friendly but not pushy, sincere and humourous. Gave good suggestions on the choice of food and drink. Thus it goes further, when it comes to dessert time, me and my son both choose sorbet, we only want the mango but not yoghurt. We would have taken 2 scoops of mango, but the waitress Cici offer us a piece of cake each which is not in the menu.
The main point is not the value of the item she offer us, but the effort she put to make sure the customer is happy. This is so rare in nowadays F&B, esp for an establishment so big, yet enpower the front line employee to make decision. Also I feel the whole team has the same enthusiasm.
Next time I will try their surf & turf menu.
