This is probably the most popular restaurant in the Galaxy complex.  Luckily we pre-booked as it was full by 12.30 on a Monday. We had a traditional Cantonese dim sum lunch.  For tea, we order Pu Er which was served in a heated pot.  Most of the dim sum dishes we orderd were good.  Their signature pork knuckle was cooked just right and did not taste too heavy.  The fried rice with dried scallops and egg white was also quite tasty and light.    Will come back to try dinner next time!
