We go to Macau 4-5 times a year and have always chosen Portuguese food. So, this time, we have decided to try a nice restaurant irrespective of cuisine. We were pleasantly surprised by COPA Steakhouse at Sands. Since we are not ones into the whole tacky casino scene, we didn't know what to expect. Copa is located at the top (3rd) floor of the casino and is relatively quiet. Servicing is outstanding and genuine. The salad we had was not impressive, but the steak was outstanding. We ordered

We ordered 1 fillet (8 oz) and 1 Tenderloin both were impressive. The vegies have to be ordered separately tho. The bill turned out to be $800+, with one beer and mineral water. I will definitely go back to COPA
