Nice and totally out of expectation

Late review for the best tempura I have ever had (outside of Japan though). Not a big fun of tempura but this one dazzled me. Came twice in a month. But make sure - you come in a night that the chef is NOT busy. When he cooks for a full round table of ppl, the quality deteriorated. But, still, very good (you can find better ones in Japan but probably best in HK/Macau area).
