整個澳門喜來登大酒店有數間餐廳,其中一間就是意大利餐廳「Bene」。星期天早上來這裡吃意大利自助早午餐。今次是我第三次到訪「Bene」。上次來體驗米芝蓮菜式已很喜愛,此餐廳的裝潢富有現代氣息,環境依然優雅。吃 Sunday Brunch 似乎與海鮮已拉上緊密關係。早上拉開序幕的是一系列凍海鮮,波士頓龍蝦、法國麵包蟹、翡翠螺、阿拉斯加蟹腳、青口、聖子等都大量供應,而且質素與晚餐的不相伯仲,食客也相當私文,不會爭食。即開生蠔,每星期不同,用來配香檳就是一個美好的早上。今天供應的是法國 Fine de Claire,無限量供應,甜美爽口帶餘韻,喜愛生蠔的朋友不要錯過。各款意大利芝士,意式肉腸、cold cut,這個類別我吃得相當多,好吃。花多眼亂的意大利沙律:即焗 pizza,是薄皮類型。薄餅皮弄得非常脆,我最愛黑水欖的口味,有些餐廳會將橄欖浸得淡口,這裡仍保留那份鹹香,那才是傳統意大利口味。意大利迷你乳豬,裏面釀有意大利飯,重點菜之一,皮脆肉嫩:其他主菜有燒烤蔬菜、煙燻原條三文魚、肉排等,作為主食也甚誇張!我自己最愛 grilled vege,甘荀與茄子都很清甜,是真正的原汁原味。除了自助

我自己最愛 grilled vege,甘荀與茄子都很清甜,是真正的原汁原味。

除了自助部份,brunch 也有超過20款任點任吃的主菜、肉類、意粉等等。

我會建議多人分享一碟,因為可以試多幾款嘛!

自助餐也少不了甜品的部份,有任吃意大利雪糕 Gelato 。

吃完這一餐,滿足。順帶一提,在「Bene」用餐時大廚會大聲說「SCARPETTA」,乃意大利用語,意思是指賓客已盡享餐盤上的食物,是對廚師表示讚賞。我在此也要大聲說一聲,「SCARPETTA」!:-)
