年初二的午餐,搞搞新意思,試一下西式的開年飯。看到酒店房間電視的介紹,就選擇了這裡,前一天,酒店還幫忙預訂了1點入座。星期一至五的中午12時至下午3時,班尼提供半自助午餐,價錢由$138至$318一位,前菜頭盤和甜品生果是自助形式。西式裝潢,水晶燈閃閃,氣氛高格調。我們3人,點了2份主菜,分別是油封鴨意大利飯和番紅花濃湯焗海鮮。主菜上枱時,待應會一手拿著一個架,另一隻手把放了主菜的托盤放到膊頭上,然後走到客人的枱前,放下架,再把托盤放在架上,再雙手把食物放在客人面前。令客人有被重視的感覺呢 !頭盤和前菜,放在餐廳近門口的中間位置,有沙律吧、幾款凍肉、近10款的餐前小食。甜品放在餐廳的中間位置,一邊放了3款生果,另一邊放了幾款蛋糕。

大家都覺得好奇怪! 
這個心中熱切期待的買一送一Sunday Brunch,原先以為可以在廿多款主菜餐牌中任點,再加半自助任食系列。
如今職員表示,要另外加錢,就可享用即點即煮的主菜。    
不過,這個Sunday Brunch有多款美食,份量很豐富,環境又舒服,加上其中一位是免費的,總算價格合理!

My husband and i came here for semi lunch buffet, it was VERY nice! Good selection of antipasto and dessert to choose. Food is very good quality. Excellent sevice ( most of them are pleasant, except one of them a bit strange) We ordered the duck and risotto for main. Both were very good. Extremely value for money.

I saw the ratings and glowing reviews and thought I just had to try it outWe ordered pear salad, porcini soup, pork chops, lobster porcini spaghetti , lasagna, and spaghetti carbonara. We ordered pear salad, porcini soup, pork chops, lobster porcini spaghetti , lasagna, and spaghetti carbonara. Every dish was excellent.

Pear salad had the right amount of dressing, and it was well tossed so every piece had some dressing on it. Pear was perfect. And good combination of walnuts and Gorgonzola cheese to add to the flavours.

Porcini soup was fragrant and delicious. Full of fresh porcini and not some silly cream soup pretending to be a mushroom soup.

Pork chops were perfectly cooked. Layer of fat added to the wonderful sweet taste and well paired with helping of mashed potato and red wine sauce.

Lobster porcini tasted amazing. Real chunks of lobster could be found and it did not taste too much tomato. I normally dislike tomato based spaghetti but this is something I don't mind ordering again.

Lasagna was full of cheese oozing out from the first touch. One of the best lasagnas I have tried in a while.

Spaghetti carbonara was made on a cheese block and brought out on the block before it was served. Cheese was not overpowering but this is not the traditional carbonara. That was the only negative as I can tell there is cream in it but I'm sure most can't tell the difference. Still the taste was fantastic. Would definitely come back again for this.

I have to compliment the service here as they were very good throughout. Some of the staff need more training on the food items available and what is in it, but their attitude was excellent and you can tell they are trying and they escalated and brought the person who knew. Cantonese and English were fine here so I don't understand the negative reviews on the staff languages abilities further down.

聖誕節假期,一家人嚟澳門住返幾日。因為有小朋友嘅關係,唔想咁夜出去,所以就去酒店樓下食pizza。之前都嚟過N咁多次,裝修依然一模一樣,高樓底感覺寬躺宏偉,今次終於轉咗個Menu,Menu係用硬賿做,都幾好因為以前個Menu都好舊啦,有陣鹹魚味。但係啲嘢食就差左冇以前咁好食蘑菇湯本身個味都算OK,有松露油喺面,蘑菇味夠重,但係本身個湯唔夠熱,失色!海鮮湯反而幾出色,海鮮鮮味夠,又有大蜆丶青口丶魷魚丶仲有塊蒜蓉包點綴一下。不過因為太多料嘅關係湯其實唔係太多。炸魷魚簡直係不知所謂,魷魚切到好細條,好散,仲要係無味嘅,有個芝士醬喺隔離但係覺得味道唔匹配。最後要自己落手調味加鹽先可以食得落口。三文魚就整得唔錯,煎得夠香,皮脆肉嫩!有少量意大利飯薦底加埋菠菜及甜豆味道一流!辣蝦意粉好多油,成件事就係唔俾啲橄欖油累事。隻老虎蝦其實好好味好爽囗,蒜味好夠香,但係食完真係成口油囉。Pizza都算唔錯,風乾牛肉味道唔係太鹹,都幾好食,Pizza個底比以前厚咗,但係都可能係好事嚟,可以包啲呀嘛總結:其實都唔係太差,員工服務親切,不過動作慢左少少,食物味道差過以前但都算唔錯。

聖誕節假期,一家人嚟澳門住返幾日。因為有小朋友嘅關係,唔想咁夜出去,所以就去酒店樓下食pizza。

之前都嚟過N咁多次,裝修依然一模一樣,高樓底感覺寬躺宏偉,今次終於轉咗個Menu,Menu係用硬賿做,都幾好因為以前個Menu都好舊啦,有陣鹹魚味。

一年前食過晚餐,好ok喎。今次帶埋細路去食 星期六中午自助餐。一肚氣,服務態度勁差,問多二句走人。食物質素差差差。意粉還可以,pizza 見到都吾想食,以前是超薄批底,今次轉左超厚,1吋厚麵包批底,香港沒見過有甘厚,從未見識過,食一件等如食左一隻豬仔包,料小小。失望極。如食豬仔包,就吾會比 198一個人去食啦。原來佢做promotion, 588食四個自助餐的其中一間,為吾到本就吾好做啦,做成甘,我比正價入去食架。在五星酒店內的餐廳,影衰間酒店啦。以後吾會再去。

長假期出外旅遊是不少港人的習慣,而就近的澳門絻對是一個對點。這間意大利餐廳也是難得可以再來光顧的食肆,原因當然是食物水準高啦。先來的巴馬火腿薄餅,即叫即製,讓薄餅的質感超好。軟硬適中之餘,溫度也十分之好。配上巴馬火腿及火箭菜自然是美味非常啦。另一個喜歡吃芝士或忌廉的人都一定愛上的就是卡邦尼意粉。在這裡會把煮好的意粉送到餐桌邊,在食客面前放在一大磚芝士上打轉,務求令到每一條意粉都有充足的芝士。其主要原因除了讓食客可以多一重享受之餘,更是要確保食客可以在完成那程序之後儘快進食,以免在運送的途中因冷氣的原故令芝士及意粉貼在一起,影響了食物的口感。最後一款要介紹的就是神戶牛柳,因有長者同桌,所以要熟一點,要了七成熟。但肉質仍是很柔軟,完全沒有太硬的感覺。牛味也濃,真的很美味。

我自己最愛 grilled vege,甘荀與茄子都很清甜,是真正的原汁原味。

除了自助部份,brunch 也有超過20款任點任吃的主菜、肉類、意粉等等。

吃完這一餐,滿足。順帶一提,在「Bene」用餐時大廚會大聲說「SCARPETTA」,乃意大利用語,意思是指賓客已盡享餐盤上的食物,是對廚師表示讚賞。我在此也要大聲說一聲,「SCARPETTA」!:-)
