一口青檸芝士餅
Ingredient and Portion
忌廉芝士 200g
青檸 1個
糖 30g
蛋 2隻
消化餅 5塊
牛油 20g
Method
1. 將牛油叮溶, 消化餅整碎加入牛油溶液拌勻
2. 將已拌好的消化餅放入蛋糕模內平均壓實作為餅底
3. 忌廉芝士室溫至軟身
4. 加入蛋、糖及青檸汁到忌廉芝士後打到幼滑
5. 倒入預先整好既餅底模內
6. 以150度焗30分鐘
7. 雪凍後切到方形小粒
