This cake is a lighter option to cheese cake, and is very easy to make.
Ingredient and Portion
digestive biscuits 10pcs
butter 1.5oz
sour cream 8oz
gelatine powder 1tbsp
margarine 5.5oz
sugar 1.5oz
fruit jam 5oz
Method
1. Break digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.Rub with melted butter and spread evenly over cake pan and bake in preheated 180c oven for 10 mins.
2. Dissolve gelatine powder with a little water.
3. Beat margarine with electric beater until fluffy, add in yoghurt,milk and jam.
4. Pour in gelatine and stir well.
5. Place well combined mixture onto baked cake base, and place in refridgerator til set.
6. Beat egg whites till fluffy, add in sugar and beat well as cream. Use for decorating cake.
