此湯能強壯身體機能,補益脾胃,養血安神。
適合氣虛血弱,經常手腳冰冷的人士。
不適合高血壓,燥熱及有便秘者。

Ingredient and Portion
(1-2人份量)
高麗蔘 1小支
雞腿 1隻
紅棗 5-6粒
枸杞 約1湯匙
薑 3-5片
Method
1.先用冷水浸蔘約15分鐘,洗刷乾淨備用。
2.紅棗洗淨後,用暖水浸約15分鐘至軟,去核,連浸過的水放入燉盅。
3.雞腿去皮,飛水後,瀝乾。
4.將所有材料放入燉盅,注入約一碗半水至剛蓋過材料,大火滾起後,轉文火燉3小時。
Tips
1.如多人飲用,可將雞腿轉為一整隻雞,其他材料側略為增加即可。
2.燉湯味濃,若喜歡再濃味一點,可在飲前加少許鹽。
