星期日想吃點不一樣的早餐,這個帶點墨西哥風味早餐的做法源自廚房女神Nigella Lawson,材料很簡單,也很容易做。

牛油果 2個
青檸 2.5個
鹽 適量
青蔥 適量
芫茜葉 適量
彼得包 3片
Method
1.取出牛油果肉,攪碎。
2.青檸搾汁,與鹽混合。
3.續少將青檸汁混入牛油果肉中。
4.將蔥及芫茜葉切碎,混和牛油果醬,留一點芫茜碎放在牛油果醬上面作裝飾用。
5.彼得包放在平底鑊,千萬不要放油,煎至金黃色即可。
Tips
1.步驟(2)避免了鹽不均勻的情況,要邊做邊試味。
2.步驟(3)青檸汁味道不夠可再加,但如果牛油果醬太酸就很難補救。
3.千萬不要芫茜的莖,否則會較硬。
4.不喜歡吃生青蔥或芫茜的要切得較細碎,不過,混和牛油果醬後,味道會變得溫和點
5.將彼得包改為墨西哥粟米片,也可以把這個當小食/前菜吃。
