西米 半斤
油 1/4量米杯
水 2量米杯(平滿)
豬絞肉 半斤
冬菜 少許
蔥 少許
Seasoning
豉油 少許
糖 少許
栗粉 少許
Method
1.西米半斤(不洗),加水、油,靜置浸泡4小時後將水瀝乾。
2.把浸好的西谷米,直接按壓成粉團,取一塊再捏成碗型後。
3.放入上絞肉,再放一粒豬皮凍,收­口捏緊搓成圓球狀。
4.蒸籠放上焗爐紙。將搓好肉圓放上,每個之間要預留少許空間。
5.放入鍋中,蒸20分鐘。
