Prawns and vermicelli in satay sauce

The pungent flavour of the satay sauce and the sweetness of the prawns are all absorbed into the vermicelli.

Ingredient and Portion
medium prawns 1/2kg
vermicelli (soaked in water) 1 samll packet
small chili pepper 1-2pieces
Garlic (crushed) 2pcs
Seasoning
Marinade for prawns:
salt,pepper and wine-some of each
cornstarch 1tsp

Seasonings:
satay sauce 1/2tbsp
light soya sauce 1/2tbsp
wine 1/2tsp
Method
Wash medium prawns and wipe dry and marinade.
Heat oil in clay pot(if available), fry garlic and,green onions and chili. Add in prawns and fry until colour changes.
Add in seasonings and soaked vermicelli and stir well. Add in a little stock and cook for a while, stir well and serve.
