據日本朋友說,這是日本媽媽做給不愛吃紅蘿蔔仔女吃的小菜,放在便當內,99%小朋友會乖乖把它吃光......我家的兩位小朋友喜歡吃紅蘿蔔,而他們竟然3分鐘內吃光!差點連影相的時間都無!(素食者都ok ga)

Ingredient and Portion
(4人份)
紅蘿蔔(大)2條/(小)4條
Seasoning
油 2湯匙
ウスターソース 2至3湯匙
(沒有ウスターソース可用喼汁代替,效果相約)
Method
1. 紅蘿蔔切幼絲。(可用刨絲或刨片器幫手,手切ok但都幾攰)
2. 平底鑊落兩茶匙油,放入紅蘿蔔絲,用中火炒至稍為軟身。 (約1分半鐘)
3. 加入ウスターソース或喼汁,用大火快炒至無汁即可熄火上碟。
Tips
1. 冷熱吃佳宜
2. 需時已包括切紅蘿蔔絲,我家由洗切煮到吃完,用了不到15分鐘
3. ウスターソース日本人除了用來醮食物,也用來炒麵(焼きそば),味道同喼汁十分相似,放心代用。(要買的話在日式超市有售)

另外想講一講,ウスターソース 即係英文的 Worcester Sauce,亦即係喼汁! 因為直頭就係喼汁,所以係絕對無問題的 ;)
