番薯的天然香味加上外脆內軟的棉花糖, 美味指數爆燈

Ingredient and Portion
番薯(首選日本番薯) 1小條
牛油(放室溫) 1小塊
忌廉(whipping cream) 20ml
棉花糖 (數十粒)
Seasoning
蜜糖 少許
Method
1.把番薯去皮,並切成小塊
2.把番薯隔水蒸透至筷子可以輕易插穿
3.用鐵匙將蒸透的番薯擂成蓉
4.當番薯蓉還是溫暖時,加入牛油及蜜糖,並拌勻
5.逐少加入忌廉拌勻(切勿加得太急,否則會太稀,不能成蓉)
6.把番薯蓉加入烤焙皿
7.把棉花糖佈滿番薯蓉上面,形成一個圓拱形
8.放入焗爐或光波爐,焗200度8分鐘至外皮微微變黃即可
Tips
蜜糖量按個人喜好而下,但要注意棉花糖也蠻甜的
