Yakult Mousses
Made the desserts with oven with yogurt and Yakult.

Ingredient and Portion
Yogurt 130ml
Yakult 150ml
Sugar 35g
Whipping cream 120ml
Gelatin powder 7g
Cold water 35ml
Method
1. Mix gelatin powder, sugar and cold water, and dissolve over hot water
2. Whisk whipping cream till firm peak
3. Add yogurt and yakult into gelatin mixture, mix well
4. Fold in whipped cream
5. Pour into mold and chill in refrigerator for 2-3 hours
6. It is ready to serve
