Dried abalone requires a lot of preparation work, so in this recipe, we made use of canned abalone, which taste equally as good and way more convenient, as they are actually ready to eat.

Ingredient and Portion
canned abalone 1pc
Choice of vegetable- green mustard vegetable, brassica, pak choi or chinese long cabbage 1/2kg
stock 1can
cornstarch 1tsp
Seasoning
Oyster sauce 1tbsp
sugar 1/2tsp
Method
Drain abalone from can, and cut into thin slices.
Wash vegetables,poach in extra stock or salt water until soft and place on serving plate.
Heat chicken stock, put in abalone and seasonings and cook for 5 mins. Disslove cornstarch in 1 tsp of water, and use it to ticken the abalone sauce. Pour over vegetables and serve.
