上湯年糕2件
蓮藕1/2碗
雪菜2湯匙
鎮江醋1湯匙
糖2茶匙
芫茜碎1湯匙
蒜蓉1湯匙
生抽1茶匙
麻油1湯匙
Method
1. 上海年糕斜切成片,於滾水中煮5至8分鐘至軟身,撈起再置於冰水中冷卻,隔水備用。
2. 蓮藕去皮切薄片備用。
3. 雪菜浸水約20分鐘,期間須不時換水以減低鹹味,隔水及搾出多餘水份後,再將其切粒。
4. 將鎮江醋、糖、芫茜碎、蒜蓉、生抽及麻油與雪菜混合成汁料,與年糕及藕片拌勻即可。
