唔想成日蒸魚,又怕煎魚煎到一屋臭油煙,可以試吓用焗爐,加埋薯仔更可口!

三文魚扒 1片

鹽 適量
胡椒粉 適量
橄欖油 適量
Method
1. 將薯仔切厚片
2. 三文魚用萬用紙巾吸乾水份,兩面灑上適量鹽及胡椒粉
3. 焗盆用錫紙鋪好,放多些橄欖油
4. 然後放上薯片,灑上適量鹽及胡椒粉
5. 再放上三文魚扒
6. 淋上橄欖油,放入焗爐以180度焗30分鐘
Tips
1 放多些橄欖油在錫紙上防止薯片黏,唔用薯仔可改用其它配菜亦可
2 如果在街市買三文魚會比在超市買更好食,會比較多汁嫩滑一點
