今天特別想吃多點蛋白質增肌XD
所以加了含低脂蛋白質的豆腐和藜麥做小船!
Ingredient and Portion
藜麥 6湯匙
水 1杯
火龍果 1個
豆腐 1/4磚
秋葵 4條
Seasoning
檸檬汁 少量
楓糖漿 少量
Method
1. 藜麥先在滾水中煮15分鐘
2. 藜麥隔水,秋葵和豆腐切粒備用
3. 把火龍果切粒,留起火龍果皮做小船
4. 加入檸檬汁和楓糖漿於火龍果粒,藜麥,秋葵和豆腐中伴混後放回小船
