美國桶蠔 6隻
西蘭花 12棵
蒜茸 適量
乾蔥段 適量
蔥花 適量
Seasoning
美極 適量
蠔油 適量
生抽 適量
老抽 適量
糖 適量
雞粉 適量
雞湯 適量
生粉 適量
Method
1.桶蠔先用水灼熟
2.用毛巾吸乾水份,拍上生粉
3.將電磁爐設為高溫(約200度),加熱適量油,將桶蠔炸至乾身備用
4.西蘭花用鹽、糖調味,將電磁爐溫度調至中溫(約160度),然後將西蘭花炒熟
5.將所有材料混合
6.最後加上生蠔,炒至乾身
Tips
電磁爐非常適合煎炸的烹調方法,因為電磁爐溫度容易控制,將電磁爐的溫度設為180-200度之間,輕鬆達到理想的金黃鬆脆口感。
