酸忌廉1/2茶匙
多士適量
意大利蕃茜(裝飾用)
西班牙辣椒粉1/2茶匙

海鹽適量(調味用)
鮮磨黑胡椒粒適量(調味用)
西班牙辣椒粉1茶匙
蒜頭2顆(切粒)
洋蔥2個(切粒)
Method
1. 虎蝦置醃料內30分鐘。
2. 大火把虎蝦連醃料快炒,以保持虎蝦爽脆多汁。
3. 於多士上放上酸忌廉、虎蝦及意大利蕃茜。最後灑上西班牙辣椒粉便可。
