雜莓布甸製作方法簡單,可於享用前一日準備好放在雪櫃冷藏,非常適合作為聖誕大餐的甜品。

忌廉290毫升
吉士醬500克
砂糖100克
冧酒100毫升
雜莓乾170克
冧酒1湯匙
Method
1. 把忌廉置大碗內攪拌至軟滑後,加入吉士醬。置冰箱內冷藏至稍為硬身。
2. 煎鑊內加入糖及40毫升冧酒,以中火把砂糖慢慢煮至完全溶解。
3. 加入雜莓乾後再煮2分鐘,至雜莓吸收汁液變得漲身。把材料倒入碗內冷卻,再加入1湯匙冧酒。
4. 將步驟(1)的材料與已冷卻的雜莓拌勻倒入布甸模內。置冰箱中冷藏至少12小時或凝固即可。
Tips
為了使布甸容易從模中倒出,可把布甸模置溫水上稍微降溫,然後覆置於碟上便可。
