花膠仔 3-4件
鮮奶 2枝
蛋白 1隻
Seasoning
冰糖 適量
Method
1.開鑊,煲熱滾水
2.將已發好的花膠、鮮奶、冰糖置於燉盅
3.隔水燉45分鐘(視乎花膠大小厚薄,燉盅要浸到水)
4.開蓋,將發打起的蛋白一邊放入燉盅,一邊輕輕攪拌形成蛋花
5.蓋上燉盅蓋後再燉1分鐘
Tips
1.放蛋白時要慢攪
