若小朋友胃口不佳,可嘗試以番茄及菠蘿入饌,因其酸味能刺激胃口。另外,菠蘿含有幫助消化的酵素,可減低飽滯感。

免治牛肉200克
洋蔥1/4杯
甘筍1/4杯
蛋1隻
番茄(大)1個
香葉2片
菠蘿粒1/2杯
茄汁1湯匙
糖1/2湯匙
黑椒碎1/2茶匙
鹽1/3茶匙
粟粉2湯匙
油3茶匙
Method
1. 洋葱及甘筍切幼粒,與免治牛肉混合。
2. 蛋打勻,加入半隻蛋份量,並加入黑椒碎、鹽及粟粉1茶匙拌勻至黏身。
3. 取出搓成漢堡扒狀,撲上少許粟粉,用2茶匙油煎熟待用。
4. 番茄去皮剁碎,燒熱1茶匙油將番茄碎略炒,加入香葉、茄汁及糖同煮約5分鐘,若汁太杰可加少許水。
5. 最後加入菠蘿粒略煮,即可淋於漢堡扒上。
Tips
1. 想將番茄去皮,可在番茄底部切十字,於沸水中煮約1分鐘,再浸於冷水中,即可輕易將皮撕出。
2. 此餸菜可伴以飯、意粉或薯茸同吃。
