Ingredient and Portion
木薯粉 300g
粘米粉 40g
椰漿 400g
砂糖 250g
熱水 200g
斑蘭香油 1/2 茶匙
Method
step 1)用熱水將砂糖溶解後放涼
step 2)加入椰漿拌勻
step 3)粉類過篩, 然後拌入椰漿糖水
step 4)粉漿拌勻後, 用篩隔去粉粒(呢part其實我冇做;p)
step 5)粉漿分為2份, 其中一份可多少少, 然後加入斑蘭香油(我分成500ml同400ml)
step 6)先倒一層斑蘭粉漿入模內蒸3-4分鐘,
step 7)跟住到白色果份蒸3-4分鐘.
step 8)把2種粉漿重複交替至用完.
step 9)最後一層蒸15分鐘, 待糕放涼後切件即成.
