新年嘅時候可能會收到送禮錦鯉年糕, 其實個模可以再廢物利用,今次就用佢黎做咗錦鯉桂花糕

Ingredient and Portion
杞子(適量)
圓肉(適量)
乾桂花(4兩)
大菜(1兩)
水(12碗)
Seasoning
冰糖
桂花糖(1至2茶匙)
Method
1)先將大菜用微溫水浸至軟身
2)大火煲滾12碗水放入大菜,煮至溶
3)再加入冰糖至煮溶(甜度隨個人喜好,如果你試到俾自己接受到嘅程度再甜少少就OK)
4)熄火,放入桂花糖,乾桂花及杞子焗30分鐘後放暖備用
5)用容器固定錦鯉年糕模,將溶液倒一半,放涼至4分凝固再放入已焗嘅杞子同桂花做裝飾
6)再倒進溶液至滿,放進雪櫃90分鐘即可
