芫荽(切碎,裝飾用) 少許

濃縮魚湯 1粒
鹽 少許
胡椒粉 少許
水 750ml
汆水用:
水 500ml
雞粉 1茶匙
Method
1.解凍蝦、扇貝、龍脷魚後切粒,用少許雞粉和粟粉醃,加水及雞粉將海鮮汆水備用
2.南瓜、冬瓜、勝瓜洗淨,切厚片,用梅花形牙极极出
3.將水煮沸,放濃縮魚湯煮沸攪拌,再放入南瓜、冬瓜、勝瓜煮5分鐘,再放入通心粉、蝦、扇貝、龍脷魚再煮3分鐘,放鹽及胡椒粉即可
