三文魚骨腩配以西芹菠蘿炒吃,怕三文魚太漏的話,有菠蘿中和,而且西芹可以降低血壓,對身體非常有益。三文魚的Omega3是腦袋的補品,吃多也不壞。

三文魚骨腩 適量
罐頭菠蘿 一罐
西芹 半棵
Seasoning
西芹鹽 少許
黑椒碎 一茶匙
香草 1茶匙
茄汁 3湯匙
醋 1茶匙
醬油 2茶匙
片糖 約1/3片
蒜頭 2粒
麻油 少許
水 4湯匙
Method
1.將三文魚骨腩洗淨抹乾水,加入調味料醃大概15-20分鐘備用
2.西芹洗淨切段,加入鑊中伴入西芹鹽略炒至熟撈起備用
3.將醃好的三文魚骨腩煎至七成熟,剩起備用
4.將蒜頭拍碎,加油起鑊,將芡汁材料放入鑊中煮滾,放入片糖煮溶後加入菠蘿塊略炒,再將三文魚骨腩和芡汁混合,撈起放在西芹上即成。
