蒜泥白肉在台灣是一道簡單,健康,美味的家常菜,十分適合一家大小一起吃!
做法超簡單!廚房白癡都識整!好食到不得了!
Ingredient and Portion
半肥瘦豬腩肉 1.5條

Seasoning
蒜頭 適量
蒸魚豉油 適量
蔥花 適量(隨個人口味)
辣椒 適量(隨個人口味)
Method
1.先將豬腩肉洗淨,然後用大火蒸至熟透。
2.把蒜頭洗淨,切碎/拍碎成小粒,然後放進小碟中加上適量蒸魚豉油。
3.把蒸熟後的豬腩肉切成薄片上碟。
Tips
1.買豬腩肉時,最好選有豬皮連住及有少少軟骨的,通常超市有得買
2.不要為了貪方便,把醬料淋上肉面,會影響鮮味。
3.食法:夾起肉片,點一點醬料再吃。咁會好食d!
4.長者為健康可選擇不點醬料,一樣好好味!
