現時流行cupcake, 美味又芳香, 其實它好味之餘又易整. 今次介紹聖誕cupcake比大家玩, 好應節架!只需要焗爐和一些簡單材料,大人細路一齊試下啦! 自己親手做的蛋糕特別好吃噢, 我親身做過, 失敗機會幾乎是零噢!

Ingredient and Portion
無鹽牛油 120g
雞蛋 3隻
雲呢拿油 1茶匙
低筋麵粉 210g
發粉 1 1/2茶匙
鮮奶 60ml
Seasoning
砂糖 100g
幼鹽 1/4茶匙
Method
1.將牛油, 雞蛋置室溫約2小時至完全退冰, 用手指可輕易壓下即可
2.低筋麵粉和發粉過篩備用
3.預熱焗爐180度
4.牛油加砂糖和幼鹽用電動攪拌器打勻至奶白色軟滑忌廉狀
5.逐隻雞蛋加入, 每次要完全拌勻才加另一隻
6.加入雲呢拿油、已篩好的麵粉和發粉、鮮奶拌勻
7.倒入已放好紙杯的焗盆中, 用180oC焗約20分鐘至金黃色, 用牙籤插入蛋糕中央, 取出時牙籤乾淨, 不會黏上麵糊便可, 放上鐵架待涼
8.在蛋糕下塗忌廉, 放上聖誕樹糖餅或朱古力裝飾
Tips
1.所有材料要預先存放在室温至完全退冰, 可避免蛋糊與油脂分離, 影響蛋糕的鬆軟程度
2.塗忌廉要比多點心機唧才漂亮, 使用一些即棄的塑料唧袋效果不錯!
