用了焗的方法,就唔怕會乾身,因為蕃茄及吞拿魚受熱時都會出水!

Ingredient and Portion
蕃茄 4-5個
罐裝吞拿魚 1罐
熟粟米粒 適量
千島汁 適量
牛油 2小匙
芝士條/碎 適量
Method
1.蕃茄切去頂部,刮走所有籽
2.預備大盤一個,放入吞拿魚、粟米粒、千島汁及牛油,拌勻
3.全部放入蕃茄內,放滿至頂部
4.表面鋪上芝士條/碎
5.放入焗爐或微波爐焗/爐3-4分鐘至芝士完全溶化。
Tips
1.如果怕吞拿魚太咸,可減少魚的份量,放入更多的粟米。
2.除了熟粟米粒外,更可放入熟洋蔥粒、熟紅蘿蔔粒及薯粒。
3.如想更濃味,可以於吞拿魚中拌入適量切碎了的香草。
