鱸魚用作清蒸,可展現出其鮮味。

Seasoning
蔥 適量
油 適量
豉油 適量
糖 少許
薑絲 少許
Method
1.清洗鱸魚並放在碟上
2.放進鍋裏蒸7分鐘後拿出
3.另燒熱鑊烹煮豉汁,加入糖
4.爆香蔥和薑絲
5.把豉汁及薑蔥淋在魚上
Tips
1.蒸魚不能蒸太久,否則魚肉會很老,可用筷子測試,能插入魚肉即表示魚肉熟透
