一個最容易煲湯水,雖然材料比較貴,但定必會是媽媽喜愛的...
Ingredient and Portion
雞脾 4隻
濕翅 1斤(約600克)
螺肉(切片) 1隻
金華火腿 1小件
元貝 約10粒
羗 適量
葱 適量
Method
1.先將元貝浸水備用
2.加羗及葱於鍋內,把所有材料逐一出水
3.將浸軟之元貝水,適量熱水,與及所有料材放入煲內,用中火煲約45分鐘至1小時
4.熄火後待15至20分鐘便可進食
Tips
1.濕翅在一些海味舖有得賣约$600/600克
2.如想濕翅較有口感,可在煲上30鐘後才加入
3.完成後試味如味道不夠才加入適量之鹽
