芝士香濃,用嚟做餸菜,香口惹味

Ingredient and Portion
雞中翼10隻
parmesau cheese碎3湯匙
生粉半碗
雞蛋1隻

Seasoning
[醃料]
鹽2茶匙
味醂1湯匙
生抽2茶匙
胡椒粉適量

Method
1. 雞翼解凍,抹乾水份,加入醃料醃2小時。
2. 生粉加入芝士碎拌勻。
3. 雞蛋拂勻,加入雞翼中拌勻。
4. 燒熱油鑊,雞翼炸之前才沾上有芝士碎之生粉,中火炸熟即成。




Tips
雞翼要完全解凍,索乾水份
