朱古力 45g
溶牛油 50g
糖霜 30g
全蛋 1隻
蛋黃 1隻
低筋粉 25g
Method
1.將朱古力放在裝有熱水的碗座溶後,再加入溶牛油。
2.將蛋 、蛋黃和少許糖霜放入大盆內打起至杰身後將朱古力漿加入拌勻。
3.最後加入預先過篩的低筋粉,拌勻後將麵糊平均倒入大杯內。放入雪櫃冷藏4-5小時後才焗。
4.焗爐用200度預先預熱15分鐘,將心太軟布甸從雪櫃取出後,放入焗爐焗8-12分鐘。出爐後,放涼1-2分鐘後才脫模。
Tips
1.製作朱古力漿時加入橙酒,味道更佳。
