我近日買了一個光波爐, 嘗試整好多唔同既美食.
今次我整左"焗叉燒".好成功!!
Ingredient and Portion
叉燒肉 1塊(約2斤)


Seasoning
李錦記叉燒醬 4-6湯匙
麥芽糖 1湯匙
雞粉 1湯匙
生抽 1茶匙
玫瑰露 1茶匙
五香粉 1/2茶匙
食油 1茶匙
Method
1.豬肉洗淨瀝乾,麥芽糖以熱水座熱融後同其他醃料拌勻,均勻塗在肉上,最後加入食油,醃1小時或以上.
2.打開光波爐煮食鍋,把肉平鋪架上,以250度燒8分鐘.
3.打開鍋蓋,在肉的兩面薄薄掃一層叉燒醬,之後反轉再燒5分鐘,切件即.
Tips
1.挑選中間有點肥肉的豬肉做叉燒最好
