以往我最愛到荃灣街市買水種有機沙律菜,但因為離家頗遠,所以都只會weekend先可以買;依家,俾我發現原來元朗大橋街市入面,竟然有一檔賣有機菜的,而且沙律菜都只是$20蚊一包,內已包含數款菜 ,於是,老公既lunch box同我既英式早餐從此就有著落啦!

Ingredient and Portion
(1人份量)
茄汁焗豆 半罐
蛋 2隻
沙律菜 適量
德國肉腸 2條
百合茄/車厘茄 6-8粒
Seasoning
黑椒 適量
意大利沙律汁 2茶匙
橄欖油 適量
Method
1.將沙律菜洗好,手撕開細片,等菜乾水備用
2.百合茄/車厘茄開半,開半罐茄汁焗豆備用
3.將蛋、德國肉腸煎熟,撒上備用黑椒備用
4.先將乾好水的沙律菜,加百合茄/車厘茄、黑椒、意大利沙律汁、橄欖油拌勻
5.將所有材料上碟即成
Tips
1.有些肉腸其實已經fully cooked,所以無需再煮
2.水種的沙律菜唔使洗,因為水種既比泥種既乾淨得多
3.百合茄/車厘茄同樣甜美,百合茄會大粒一點而且半少少
4.無意大利沙律汁可以只落沙律醬,甚至係意大利陳醋
