好健康, 大人細路都岩, 粟米含不飽和脂肪, 能降低膽固醇,
Ingredient and Portion
粟米茸 1杯
豆腐 1盒(2塊)
磨菇 2湯匙
清湯 三杯
雞蛋 2隻
Seasoning
鹽 1/2茶匙
Method
1.豆腐切成小粒, 磨菇切成薄片
2.加1/2湯匙油, 贊少許紹酒, 加入上湯, 煮至滾起.
3.將粟米茸, 豆腐及磨菇加入上項湯中, 待再度滾起, 加入調味料, 用少許生粉水埋濃芡
4.熄火後將鷄蛋打散拌入湯中即成
