鮮白果 1包(黃)
馬蹄 3粒(白)
唐芹 2條(綠)
芋頭 4兩(紫)
金南瓜 4兩(橙)
薑片 2-3片
Seasoning
糖 少許
鹽 少許
生粉水(埋芡用) 少許
Method
1.芋頭去皮切小粒;金南瓜去皮切小粒;白果挑心;唐芹切小段; 馬蹄去皮切片
2.芋頭、金南瓜、白果汆水瀝乾
3.燒熱鍋,下油加薑片,加(2)的材料及馬蹄,炒數下加水
4.待滾後加唐芹炒數下
5.加入調味料便可上碟
