3件 新鮮生蠔
6克 煙肉碎
6克 巴馬臣芝士粉
少許 蔥花
50克 卡邦尼忌廉汁
Method
1.先把新鮮生蠔烚熟,放在蠔殼內﹔
2.將調好的家樂牌卡邦尼忌廉汁淋在蠔肉上
3.放上煙肉碎及巴馬臣芝士粉,焗至金黃。
