Ingredient and Portion
意大利粉(乾) 約240克
免治牛肉 300克
洋蔥 1/2個
磨菇 10隻
番茄(中) 3個
番茄醬 6湯匙
植物油 1湯匙
清水 2杯
桂格燕麥片/燕麥糠 1/2杯
Seasoning
鹽 1/2茶匙
糖 2茶匙
Method
1. 洋蔥去皮洗淨切碎,磨菇切薄片,番茄切粒備用。
2. 鍋中燒熱油,炒香洋蔥,下牛肉、番茄醬略炒。加入磨菇片、番茄粒及調味料炒拌。
3. 加入清水2杯煮沸,轉慢火煮30分鐘,加入桂格燕麥片/燕麥糠拌勻,再煮5分鐘。
4. 意大利粉放入沸水中依包裝指示煮至軟身,瀝水,淋上燕麥鮮茄牛肉汁享用。
