香煎三文魚扒

這是個非常簡單而又美味的一道菜
Ingredient and Portion
三文魚扒 兩塊
檸檬 1/4個
蔥花 (裝飾用,可不要)
Seasoning
醃料:
鹽 約1茶匙
胡椒粉 約1茶匙
黑椒碎 約1茶匙
(可視乎三文魚扒的大細自行作出調整)
Method
1)將三文魚扒去鱗洗凈,用廚房紙/毛巾吸去水份,加醃料醃1小時
2)燒紅鑊,放兩湯匙油煎香三文魚
3)上碟放上蔥花及檸檬即成,吃時可滴上檸檬汁

Tips
煎三文魚扒前,鑊一定要燒得夠熱,咁就唔會痴底,同時又可以令到個皮脆而又不失肉汁
